01Is Synapse IQ Forge a clinical IQ test?+
No. Synapse IQ Forge is a novelty cognitive challenge for entertainment and personal self-tracking. It is not a clinical, licensed, or professionally validated intelligence assessment.
02What is the difference between Training and Challenge?+
Training draws 25 varied questions from the 500-question bank and is designed for regular practice. Challenge draws 92 balanced questions, has a maximum duration of 42 minutes, and provides an estimated IQ and category analysis.
03Are sessions always the same?+
No. Questions are selected from a 500-question bank and balanced across pattern recognition, logical reasoning, numerical reasoning, verbal and cipher challenges, and spatial reasoning.
04Which languages are supported?+
English, French, and Spanish are available directly inside the app.
05How do subscriptions work?+
Subscriptions are purchased and managed through your Apple Account. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Eligible customers may receive the introductory offer shown by Apple at purchase.
06Does the monthly plan include a certificate?+
No. Personalized certificates are reserved for active annual subscribers who complete the 92-question Challenge.
07Where is my information stored?+
Questions, answers, results, scores, name, and preferences remain in the app’s private storage on your device. Subscription purchases and entitlement checks are handled by Apple.

Terms of Service
Purpose and eligibility
Synapse IQ Forge is provided for entertainment and personal self-tracking only. It is not a clinical, licensed, or professionally validated intelligence test. Estimated scores must not be used to make educational, medical, employment, or legal decisions.
You must be legally able to enter into an agreement with Apple for App Store purchases in your country or region.
License and acceptable use
You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the app on Apple devices associated with your Apple Account. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, automate extraction of the question bank, or misuse the service.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are purchased through your Apple Account. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly and annual subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges your account and controls eligibility for introductory offers. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.
Scores and certificates
Scores are novelty estimates derived from performance inside the app. Certificates are digital records of completion, not academic, medical, employment, or professional credentials. Certificate access is limited to eligible annual subscribers.
Availability and disclaimer
The app and content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Features, questions, prices, and availability may change. The developer is not liable for decisions made using app results.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be directed through the support contact on the App Store listing.

Your cognitive activity is designed to remain on your device.
Information stored locally
Your questions, answers, results, scores, certificate name, history, language, and appearance preferences are stored in the app’s private storage on your device. The developer does not receive this information.
Apple purchases
Subscription purchases, billing, introductory-offer eligibility, and entitlement verification are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Apple processes this information under its own privacy policy. The app receives only the entitlement information needed to unlock purchased features.
Sharing and tracking
Synapse IQ Forge does not contain advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking. The developer does not sell or share your test data or personal information.
Retention and deletion
Local results remain until you clear history in Settings or delete the app. Clearing history permanently removes saved results. Deleting the app removes its remaining locally stored content.
Children and sensitive use
The app is not intended to diagnose or evaluate children, learning conditions, mental health, or neurological conditions. Parents and guardians should supervise use where required by local law.
Policy updates
This policy may change to reflect product, legal, or platform updates. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be reflected in the app or on this page.
